Acquired Master of Business Management from Monash University in 2005, He join Blue Bird Group and lead Pool Halim as General Manager from 2007 to 2009.
Aside of being CEO of Pusaka Bumi Transportasi, He holds responsibilities in various companies as Commissioner; Chairman of PT Pusaka Citra Djokosoetono since 2013, Commissioner in PT Blue Bird Pusaka and PT Luhur Satria Sejati Kencana since 2012, PT Pusaka Thrifty since 2001, PT Pusaka Integrasi Mandiri since 2008, PT Global Pusaka Solutions since 2009, PT Lintas Buana Taksi, PT Golden Bird Metro, and PT Morante Jaya since 2013.
Bayu P.Djokosoetono,SE.,MBM. actively involves in directorship of several other companies such as PT Pusaka Bumi Mutiara since 2010, PT Pusaka Satria Utama, PT Big Bird Pusaka, PT Cendrawasih Pertiwijaya, and PT Pusaka Andalan Perkasa since 2012.

Bimo Trihasmoro graduated from Central Connecticut State University in 2003 with a degree in International Business.

He started career as a commissioner in PT. Lampung Mega Televisi from 2004 to 2008 , and then staff CEO in PT. Inti Alasindo from 2008 to 2010 . His career progress by taking top managerial position as President director PT. Alabasta Indonesia from 2010 to 2012.
Bimo Trihasmoro join PT Pusaka Bumi Transportasi as managing Partner from 2015 to 2019. With the need for the company to revamp the business, Mr.Bimo was appointed as Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer (CTO). Starting 2021 his position as CTO becomes Chief Strategic Officer (CSO) in line with the company's growth and the need to expand the organisation.
He joined several organizations such as AMPI as Vice General Treasurer From 2010 to 2015 , Head of Fundraising and Asset of DPP KNPI from 2011 to 2014 , and Vice General Treasurer of Kosgoro from 2017 until now.
